INSPIRATIONAL CLASS TEACHERS REQUIRED TO JOIN AN AMAZING TEAMS FOR SEPTEMBER 2025

This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational class teachers to join the team at our thriving, successful and happy schools. Ashbrook was inspected by Ofsted during spring 2024 and achieved 'Good' across all areas. Holmwood was inspected in March 2024, with a 'Good' grading, noting that had it been a full graded inspection, it could have been outstanding. We will be inspected again shortly, under the old or new framework due to our positive inspection.

As two infant schools with very close proximity, we work closely together, with many staff working across both schools. We have an aligned curriculum, which ensures shared planning and workload across both schools. However, each school is unique in its own way. We work closely with Two Mile Ash school, as a three school community (PATH) where every child can benefit from the specialist provision within each school.

Our team is incredibly important to us.

We invest heavily in professional development to enable our staff to flourish and to continually learn and develop. We offer a comprehensive training programme for our Early Careers teachers and all our staff benefit from professional courses in addition to bespoke in-house coaching and CPD opportunities.

Closing Date for applications is Sunday 9th March and interviews will be held during that week (12.3.2025 - 14.3.2025). As we work closely together as one large team across both schools, we will interview for the positions across both schools at the same time. This will be one interview, but the opportunity to work at either school. If you have a preference, then please state this within your application.
