Do you have any experience and/or training with primary aged children?
Are you an excellent practitioner who knows how to motivate polite, well behaved children and support teaching colleagues to bring them on with their learning?
Can you embrace the challenge of supporting children to make progress with their learning regardless of their starting point?
Do you have specific experience of managing the demands of supporting children through their final year at primary school as they prepare for their SATs examinations?
Have you been tasked with supporting groups of Year 6 pupils, through the use of targeted interventions, to enable them to achieve their very best?
Can you manage the daily challenges that come with supporting a child displaying behavioural difficulties whilst supporting that child to make progress despite those difficulties?
We require a Classroom Assistant from 3 November 2025 or sooner. Although the role will primarily be based within Year 6, the successful candidate should be prepared to work across any age group within the school if required.
