Classroom Support Staff job summary

Working closely with and supported by the class teacher and and experienced Inclusion Leader and SENCO, your role will provide additional academic and emotional support for our children. The work may include a mixture of one to one and paired or small group work, both in and out of the classroom setting, general classroom support duties and lunchtime supervision.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8:20 am to 15:20. In addition, on Friday there is a Team meeting from 15:30 to 16:00.

For this post, applicants must demonstrate a positive, patient, and nurturing approach towards children, be confident, willing to work one to one and deal with challenging situations.
