Grestone Academy is a medium-sized primary school in the heart of Handsworth Wood.
Established in 2013, Grestone Academy sets out its values through, PRIDE Perseverance, Respect, Independence, Diversity Excellence.
As a classroom teacher, you will fulfil the professional responsibilities of a teacher, as set out in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document and meet the expectations set out in the Teachers’ Standards. A good understanding and knowledge of EYFS or KS1 is desirable/would be an advantage, along with the drive to want to provide a high level of education to our children.
The Academy is already well established on its journey of development and has a clear and concise vision of where it is heading in order to become the very best it can be. We believe this is a really exciting opportunity for both experienced and newly qualified teaching staff to join Grestone Academy at a key point in our journey.
