• Dynamic and reflective classroom teacher, who is highly motivated and inspiring
• Accurate and productive use of assessments
• The ability to adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils
• Excellent subject and curriculum knowledge
• A flexible, proactive attitude
• Effective behaviour management to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment
• Excellent communication skills.
