Experience of making purposeful observations and being able to plan next steps ‘in the moment’
Passionate about Learning and Teaching
Displays warmth, care and sensitivity in dealing with children

Desire to continually develop, to seek out best practice and embrace new ideas
Confidence to speak out when concerned about pupil outcomes
