Equitas Academies Trust was formed in September 2012 and incorporates Aston Manor Academy (Secondary) and Chilwell Croft Academy (Primary). As we continue to support our pupils to be able to reach their full potential, we are looking to appoint a Classroom Teacher to support our journey.
To assist the Academy in our continued positive journey, we have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Class Teacher to join our School. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced and inspirational Teacher to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our community of children. This is a stimulating opening to make a real impact by delivering high-quality teaching and fostering a love for learning across our school community and driving excellence for all pupils.
The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher who:
Demonstrates a strong track record of supporting pupil progress and raising achievement
Has secure knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and effective classroom practice
Is committed to inclusion, safeguarding, and equality of opportunity for all pupils
Can engage and motivate learners, contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
