You will be committed to promoting student wellbeing, inclusion and a love of learning, while upholding the Trust’s values of Honesty, Faith and Courage in your daily work. Through effective assessment and feedback, you will monitor progress and adapt your teaching to ensure all students can succeed.

You are a strong team player who builds positive relationships with students, colleagues and families, and contributes positively to the wider school community.

You are resilient, adaptable and committed to your own professional development. Above all, you are motivated by a belief in the power of education to transform lives and are dedicated to improving outcomes and opportunities for all students.
