What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and innovative KS1 teacher who has a proven track record of excellent teaching and a deep understanding of how children learn.

The successful candidate will:

  • Support and promote our distinctive Catholic ethos and values.

  • Be an excellent practitioner with high expectations and a commitment to raising standards.

  • Inspire, challenge and motivate children within a creative curriculum.

  • Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and communication skills to support pupils with different needs and abilities and has high expectations of learning and behaviour for all.

  • Be actively involved in all aspects of school life, working in partnership with parents and other professionals.

  • Be efficient, flexible, well-organised and an excellent team player.
