What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and innovative KS1 teacher who has a proven track record of excellent teaching and a deep understanding of how children learn.
The successful candidate will:
Support and promote our distinctive Catholic ethos and values.
Be an excellent practitioner with high expectations and a commitment to raising standards.
Inspire, challenge and motivate children within a creative curriculum.
Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and communication skills to support pupils with different needs and abilities and has high expectations of learning and behaviour for all.
Be actively involved in all aspects of school life, working in partnership with parents and other professionals.
Be efficient, flexible, well-organised and an excellent team player.
