What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for inspirational and committed Pathway 4 Leader who will help us to deliver a high quality provision for our students and their families. This is a permanent position currently based at our Ringinglow Road site.

What the school offers its staff

The Pathway 4 curriculum has been developed for our most complex students and is a personalised curriculum offer, with students often working on individual outcomes and tasks. No day is the same in Pathway 4 and the students bring personality, surprise and variety to our school. It can be a challenging environment to work in, and the successful candidate will demonstrate they are committed to this student group and have the resilience to start each day afresh with a smile.
