This position is offered on a fixed-term basis until the end of the academic year in the first instance.

If you are enthusiastic, dedicated and ready to make a real difference, we would love to hear from you.

As a Teacher, You Will:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that enable all children to achieve their full potential.
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment where children feel valued, supported and inspired to learn.
  • Use a range of teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners and ensure appropriate challenge and support.
  • Work closely with colleagues, teaching assistants and external professionals to support pupil progress and wellbeing.
  • Play a full part in the life of the school and wider Trust community.
  • Lead and develop a curriculum area across the school, sharing good practice and supporting school improvement.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute positively to our collaborative and supportive team culture.

  • A vibrant, inclusive and nurturing school where every child is valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
  • The opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who value creativity, curiosity and kindness.
  • Access to excellent training and professional development opportunities through Bridge Schools Trust.
  • A supportive leadership team that champions staff wellbeing and professional growth.
  • A welcoming and positive working environment where collaboration and innovation are encouraged.
  • The opportunity to be part of a Trust that is committed to putting learning first and investing in its people.
