We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic teacher to join our team in the very beautiful town of St Ives. This is a great opportunity to join us at a time of change and re-invention for our Infant and Nursery School. We are a stand alone Academy and are currently reflecting on our offer for all stakeholders. We would welcome applicants who will bring a positive and imaginative, fresh pair of eyes to our team, as we look to develop our curriculum to provide opportunities for highly effective learning opportunities for all children in our care.
Excellent classroom management skills and high expectations of all pupils are essential, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the curriculum and assessment framework.

St Ives Infant School and Nursery School is a two term entry school offering education for children between the ages of 3 to 7. We have a teacher led Nursery on site, currently offering education for up to 30 children. We have good links with St Ives Junior School (LA) which is located next door to us on the same site. We have recently redesigned our curriculum to reflect the rich heritage that we are lucky to have on our doorstep. The school is situated in a beautiful position overlooking the town of St Ives and the Godrevy Lighthouse.
