What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Teaching experience or practice in EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Ability to deliver a curriculum ensuring evidence of innovation, progression, continuity and differentiation
  • Able to comply fully with all Equality Policies and show an understanding of the needs of a multicultural community
  • Promote the school’s aims positively, and use effective strategies to monitor motivation and morale
  • Organised, resourceful, an excellent time keeper, approachable, committed, empathetic and enthusiastic
