What skills and experience we're looking for
A detailed knowledge of the national curriculum expectations, its means of delivery and a skilled practitioner .
High standards of communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work in a multi functional team.
The ability to meet deadlines timely and accurately.
Be proficient in I.T skills, experience with google would be advantageous and have the ability to use I.T equipment effectively in the classroom.
The ability to motivate both students and your peers.
Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
Excellent attendance and punctuality.
One of your strengths will be the ability to hold yourself to a very high professional standard both with colleagues and the students

We are a two form entry Academy and one of a number of primary academies within The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust and we are federated with two other local schools, Kings Rise Academy in Birmingham and Croft Academy in Walsall.
