We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our staff. This role involves , working within a class-based TA capacity as well as supporting individual children with additional needs on a 1:1 basis and deliver targeted interventions.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be able to use their own initiative and respond flexibly to changing needs.

  • Be adaptable, understanding and consistent in their approach.

  • Be committed to supporting children’s wellbeing, progress and independence.

  • Have experience of working with children with special educational needs.
