We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our staff. This role involves , working within a class-based TA capacity as well as supporting individual children with additional needs on a 1:1 basis and deliver targeted interventions.
The successful candidate will:Enjoy new challenges and work effectively as part of a team.
Be able to use their own initiative and respond flexibly to changing needs.
Be adaptable, understanding and consistent in their approach.
Be committed to supporting children’s wellbeing, progress and independence.
Have experience of working with children with special educational needs.
