What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking teachers who can:
- Demonstrate excellent classroom practice;
- Exercise flexibility in order to accommodate changes in work priorities;
- Provide contingencies to deal with the unexpected;
- Balance tasks and resources in the organisation of a wide range of activities;
- Think clearly and logically in working through a problem making referrals as appropriate procedures;
- Anticipate workload and plan ahead;
- Monitor progress against key performance indicators;
- Show an enthusiastic and positive attitude;
- Demonstrate awareness of the needs of children who have a variety of needs.
