We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, friendly, self-motivated and conscientious cleaner to join our estates team at Martham Academy.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the school building and facilities are clean, tidy and well maintained to a high standard at all times. Duties include polishing, emptying bins, cleaning floors and ensuring dispensers and cleaning consumables are replenished and available.

Applicants should possess excellent attention to detail and organisational skills along with a flexible approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a busy team. Personal qualities are of paramount importance and the person appointed will be expected to be approachable, professional and reliable.

Broad Horizons Education Trust is a multi-academy Trust comprising of 18 schools across Norfolk, which educate 7,500 children and young people and employ nearly 1200 people.

The hours for this post will be 13.20 hours per week, Term Time plus 4 weeks, Monday - Friday between - 3.30pm and 6.10pm. Flexibility is essential to cover absence.
