Working hours: 6:00am-8:30am Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-8:00am Friday OR 3:30pm-6:00pm Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-5:30pm Friday

Position 2

Salary: Grade 2 (SCP 2) £10,556.97 Annually (Actual), £24,413 (FTE)

Contract type: Permanent, Part time (16 hours per week) full year

Working hours: 3:30pm-7:00pm Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-5:30pm Friday

The Foundation’s central offices are based at Sir John Deane’s Sixth Form College campus set in beautiful grounds.

This role is based at The County High School, Leftwich, which is a high performing, fully inclusive, co-educational, 11-16 school with approximately 1050 students, 60 teaching and 60 support staff. The school serves a mixed catchment area with a Published Admission Number of 210, and we are now significantly over-subscribed.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaner to join our school. Our school is where students enjoy and achieve during their time here and we strive to ensure our colleagues are motivated, happy, supported and have satisfaction from their role.

The purpose of the cleaner role is to undertake the cleaning of designated areas within the school.

Undertake cleaning, washing, sweeping, vacuum cleaning, emptying of litter bins, polishing and dusting of the designated areas (which may include toilets and shower area) and fixtures and fittings, using, where appropriate, powered equipment.

Holiday cleans - thorough cleaning of all areas.

Your Responsibilities

Experience of cleaning

Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.

Ability to follow instructions.
