King's Academy Meadow Vale is looking for a reliable, hardworking and friendly Cleaner to join our Estates team.

You'll play a vital role in ensuring our academy is clean, safe and welcoming for our pupils, staff and visitors every day.

What you'll be doing

• Cleaning classrooms, offices, corridors and shared areas to a high standard.
• Using cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
• Replenishing soap, paper towels and other consumables.
• Collecting and disposing of waste responsibly.
• Supporting deep cleaning during school closure periods.
• Working as part of a friendly, supportive team to maintain an excellent learning environment.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience of general cleaning (professional cleaning experience preferred).
• Is reliable, trustworthy and takes pride in delivering high standards.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Has good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Understands the importance of health and safety (COSHH knowledge is desirable).
• Shares our commitment to safeguarding children and promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.
