Nook Lane Junior School is an academy school, catering for children between the ages of 7 and 11. We are a warm, welcoming school that serves the local Stannington area and the wider Sheffield community, incorporating a 13 place Integrated resource (IR) for children with autism/communication difficulties. Including children from the IR, we currently have 242 pupils in total. The school is situated in the heart of the Stannington community, amid lush surroundings, overlooking the Loxley Valley and offering outdoor facilities for sports and leisure.

Our school is a happy, welcoming place where children feel safe, valued and excited to learn. Every child is at the heart of what we do, and we work hard to make sure they are nurtured, encouraged and given every opportunity to thrive.

We are proud to be part of Peak Edge, a strong and supportive Trust that works collaboratively to share expertise, resources, and best practice.
