About us
An excellent opportunity to join a well-respected, friendly, one form entry infant school in a lovely rural setting within easy reach of the towns of Dorking and Horsham.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks
The normal duties will include the following:
To be responsible for cleaning certain parts of the school as allocated and following H&S guidelines.
To maintain all school standards of hygiene and safety of all cleaning equipment and cleaning cupboards.
Duties to include the following:
Wiping of all tables in classrooms
Emptying bins
Cleaning toilets and surrounds
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Cleaning door handles and other touch points as directed
Cleaning of spillages when required
Other cleaning tasks as directed
We seek someone who:
Is able to communicate clearly and follow instructions
Is able to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
Can be flexible
Is reliable and trustworthy
Takes pride in a job well done
