Join the dedicated support team at St Peter's Collegiate Academy. As a Cleaner, you play a pivotal role in ensuring our students experience "life in all its fullness" by maintaining a high quality, hygienic learning environment. This is a permanent position offered at £12.65 per hour.

Working Pattern

This role follows a split-shift pattern totaling 24.67 hours per week, Monday to Friday:

  • Morning Shift: 6:30am - 8:30am

  • Afternoon Shift: 3:30pm - 6:30pm

Key Responsibilities

Working under the direction of senior staff, you will ensure designated areas are kept in a clean and safe condition. Your duties will include:

  • General Cleaning: Mop sweeping, vacuuming, buffing, and spray cleaning.

  • Hygiene Standards: Cleaning of toilet facilities, fixtures, and fittings to achieve high standards of cleanliness.

  • Specialist Care: Stripping and resealing hard floors and the safe use of cleaning machinery.

  • Health & Safety: Ensuring the safe use of chemicals and equipment in line with COSHH and Trust policies.
