Cleaner Supervisor job summary

We are seeking to appoint a conscientious individual to line manage our Cleaning Team. Duties will include but are not limited to: daily organisation of the onsite cleaning team and inspection of the whole site to ensure it is cleaned to a high standard. This is a working supervisor role, general and deep cleaning duties will be required as well as; stock control of cleaning products; assisting the maintenance team to carry out their various daily duties to keep the site working effectively, this may include some lifting and working in small spaces, whilst maintaining a safe and clean working environment for all.

The successful candidates will have a good knowledge of H&S requirements including COSHH and the ability to use a computer for ordering/emails. You will need to be conscientious and hard working to ensure all duties are carried out to a high standard. You will need to have good people skills, be able to work as part of an effective team and understand and carry out instructions. The ability to work additional shifts and additional hours when required would be an advantage.
