Cleaner job summary

Cleaner: up to 15 hours per week
Days: Mondays-Fridays, term time only (after school - timings to be negotiated)
Grade 2 (£24,413) pro rata, £12.65 per hour.
PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB
To ensure school is cleaned to a high standard, in line with agreed cleaning specifications and to work alongside the site team.
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Cleaning rota organised by Site Manager
To have own area of school to clean including corridors, classrooms, ,toilets and bathrooms library, and After School Club.
Cleaning is to be done as per agreed specification using equipment and materials appropriate to the different surfaces
Wheatley CE Primary School, as a member of the Oxford Diocesan Schools Trust, is committed to safeguarding children and young people. All post holders in regulated activity are subject to appropriate vetting procedures and a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Enhanced check. Online checks may also be carried out to comply with KCSIE.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
