Salary Scale F12 £26,421.00 to F17 £ 28,770.00
Full time all year round Monday to Thursday 10.00am to 6.00pm, Friday 10.30am to 6.00pm.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, friendly, self-motivated and conscientious Cleaning Operations Manager to join our teams across Sewell Park Academy, St Clements Hill Primary Academy and Sprowston Community Academy. We welcome applicants with leadership experience working within a cleaning supervisory or management role, ideally within a school environment. It is essential that applicants have excellent administrative, communication and ICT skills along with a good understanding of Health and Safety and COSHH regulations.
This is a management role leading the cleaning teams to provide & maintain a high quality cleaning service across the three schools, therefore applicants must possess excellent attention to detail and organisational skills along with a flexible approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a busy team. Personal qualities are of paramount importance and the person appointed will be expected to be approachable, professional, flexible and reliable.
This post is 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, worked Monday – Thursday 10.00am – 6.00pm Friday 10.30am to 6.00pm. Flexibility is essential to cover absence.
