Cleaning Supervisor job summary
This important role involves the supervision of the cleaning team as well as undertaking cleaning duties to ensure our students and colleagues have clean, safe and pleasant environments to learn and work in at Tavistock College. This role involves working closely with the Premises Manager and school colleagues to ensure forthcoming events are presented appropriately, reporting defects/issues to the Premises Manager, arranging deep and periodic cleans throughout the year, organise appropriate training for staff and undertake ordering of cleaning resources and equipment.

The successful candidate will be required to come to DMAT HQ to complete mandatory training.
Training Details:
Location: Central Head Office (Wardhayes) 8 Simmons Way, Okehampton, EX20 1PY
Duration: Monday – Friday
Purpose: To provide comprehensive training on company policies, procedures, and systems necessary for successful integration into the role.
Training Schedule: Daily sessions from 9am to 4pm, with breaks provided.
