You will provide essential clerical and administrative support to the school, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our busy school office. Your responsibilities will include answering telephone and face-to-face enquiries, checking attendance registers, welcoming visitors, filing, maintaining the school’s asset register and supporting the day-to-day management of our online Management Information System (MIS).

The working hours are between 8.30am to 12.30pm, Monday to Friday, with essential cover required during our busiest period of 8.30am to 9.30am. However, we can be flexible for the right candidate. Please clearly state in your application the hours you are available to work.
