Clerk to the Academy Committee - Easton Royal Academy job summary
The Clerk to the Academy Committee is a vital role in the support of the delivery of our local governance objectives.
We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide high-quality clerking at Easton Royal Academy, Marlborough (Primary)
Main Duties:
To support the organisation and management of the Academy Committee meetings including agenda preparation, distribution of papers and preparing accurate minutes of the meetings.
Manage governor records including membership, training and meeting attendance.
Manage the constitution of the Academy Committee including providing support to the governor recruitment process.
Requirements:
Attendance at committee meetings is mandatory, these are held in the early evenings normally on site at schools. The remainder of the role is flexible and based at home so a suitable work space is essential.

Part time / term time only - 110.5 hours per year
