Coastal School Sports Partnership Manager job summary
Skegness Grammar School is recruited for a Coastal School Sports Partnership Manager to join their Sport Enrichment Team across the Trust. Travelling to and working closely with local schools.
Fixed term until 30th September 2027, 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year- there is an opportunity for the fixed term to be extended for the right candidate.
This role will have responsibility for delivering the annual School Games Officer objectives set nationally, with local targets set to help achieve these.
You’ll lead on the Coastal School Sports Partnership outreach programme, which an annual calendar of events, CPD and development days which you’ll be responsible for planning, organising and delivering to a high standard.
Working closely with the PE department and Trust you’ll access a range of specialist staff to support your work, and be part of the Skegness Grammar School and DRET Sports Enrichment Programme too.
Candidates must have a passion for sport and will ideally be seeking to gain further experience in the education, coaching, sports development, or events sector. Individuals will need to be organised, energetic and inspiring, as well as outcome driven.

Passion for sport and experience in development, organisation or delivery
Ability to plan, organise and deliver successful programmes, events and initiatives

Ability to develop and maintain a warm, respectful and valued rapport with young people and staff
Effective communication skills (verbal and written) including presentations

Awareness of safeguarding legislation and issues, with a full commitment to safeguarding practice
Willingness to travel between sites and a flexible approach to duties undertaken and extra-curricular involvement
