We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious primary school teacher with strong team-working abilities to join our supportive, ambitious and dynamic trust. This is an opportunity for an experienced early years/reception, KS2 class teacher. You will:
• Have an experience of supporting pupils with SEND
• This post is building on our already highly successful bespoke SEND provision Shooting starts. We are looking to set up 2 further cognition and learning groups supporting pupils with SEND
• Successful candidates needs to have a good understanding of pedagogical approaches that enable pupils with SEND to thrive.
• A strong ethos in quality communication, interactions and nurture are essential for this role.
• Our cognition and learning groups will have up to 15 pupils and teach morning only Monday to Friday a group of mixed year pupils with a similar cognitive profile.
• We will consider highly experienced unqualified teachers for this role. You may have been a HLTA for some time and are looking for your next challenge.
