Community Sports Centre And Lettings Assistant job summary
The Abbey School is seeking to appoint a highly effective Community Sports Centre and Lettings Assistant to join the Lettings Department, to start as soon as possible.
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Lettings Assistant to support the management of school facilities and community bookings. You’ll help coordinate lettings, liaise with clients, and ensure smooth, efficient use of the school’s spaces.
This is a part-time, permanent role, paid £12.65 per hour.
The working pattern will consist of 18 hours per week; Thursday 3.30pm-10.15pm, Friday 4pm-10.15pm, Sunday 8am-2pm, with a 30-minute unpaid break on Thursday and Friday.
