Desirable - • Experience of working in an education setting.

This role will be based at Cringleford Prep, Woolhouse Way, Cringleford, Norfolk, NR4 7FU.

We are seeking a reliable, dynamic and responsible person to join the team as Compliance Co-Ordinator at Inspiration Trust Central Services to support the Director of Estates in the delivery of high-quality Estate management services.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • To monitor and develop the use of the ‘Smartlog’ platform for compliance and reporting.
  • To provide excellent administrative and clerical support in regard to all areas of Estate management.
  • To support innovation and project work to drive forward the performance of the department.
  • Support legal compliance in all activities.
  • To act as the first point of contact for visitors and contractors as required.

About You:

The successful candidate will have meticulous attention to details, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, risk-focused mindset to ensure compliance in the Trust. You will act as a bridge between complex regulations and daily operations, ensuring that compliance is a "lived reality" rather than just a policy document.
