What skills and experience we're looking for

Warrington Primary Academy Trust is seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Compliance Manager to join our central services team. This is a newly created role with real scope to shape its direction and make a lasting impact across our growing multi-academy trust.

The post holder will work closely with the Chief Operations Officer and other senior leaders in Warrington Primary Academy Trust to ensure effective and efficient delivery of core central services functions to the multi-academy trust.

Specifically focusing on personnel, governance, data, policy and systems compliance to protect Warrington Primary Academy Trust's integrity as the organisation continues to develop.

This is a high-impact role for someone who shares our values: putting Children First in every decision, showing Resilience in pursuit of excellence, and being Pioneering in developing new approaches that benefit our school communities.

Strong self-organisational skills are required to prioritise, with an ability to set clear systems and processing in place, and an excellent approach to communication are key attributes of the postholder.
