Overview of the role:

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual(s) to be ambitious and passionate professionals who will add value to our school in delivering nutritional meals for our learners and who can demonstrate:

  • that they have led and managed a small team
  • experience of planning menus, staff rotas and stock monitoring
  • experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • a good knowledge of food standards regulations, including allergen management
  • good understanding of Health & Safety, COSHH and food hygiene regulations/legislation

The post holder will be part of our school support function of the school and play a large part in delivering a high-quality education to the learners that attend our schools.

The position will be based predominately at Brookfield House site.
