Salary: Grade 7 (SCP 12 - 17)

Salary £27,711  - £30,060   Prorated 20 hours Term time Only + 3 weeks. Open to discussion and negotiable

8.00 to 16.00. Monday to Thursday.

Post Status: Fixed Term Contract for a year in the first instance. This will be reviewed to consider further opportunities.

 

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our or our National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) and professional learning programmes; working closely with schools, course facilitators, and delivery partners. You will also ideally have skills in digital marketing to support our recruitment campaigns or be willing and able to fast develop these skills.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support across our professional learning programmes
  • Coordinating communications and supporting participant enrolment
  •  Monitoring data accuracy, attendance, and programme engagement
  •   Booking venues and preparing branded materials and resources
  •  Building relationships with schools, facilitators, and delivery teams
  • Create marketing materials to be used in digital communications to support the promotion of activities of the ALL team. Training provided.
  • Ensure the website reflects ALL’s current offer and key information is up to date
  • Develop a social media plan that supports the promotion of ALL’s current offer
