The Alliance of Leading Learning (part of the Marches Academy Trust) is seeking a dynamic and driven Strategic Lead to oversee the delivery of our professional learning. This will be primarily focused on our offer of National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) – in Shropshire and Telford and to our wider regional and national partners.


Grade 8 (SCP 19-22)

Salary FTE £31,067 - 32,654. (Prorated to 30 hours Term Time Only + 3 weeks)

*Pay award pending


Hours of Work:

Hours: 30.00 a week Contract Weeks: 47.15 (Open to discussion and negotiable)

8.00 to 16.00. Monday to Thursday.

Friday 8.00 to 15.30

Term Time Only + 3 weeks

We're looking for someone with proven expertise in programme delivery, stakeholder management, and operational leadership.

  • Leading the operational coordination and strategic development of delivery
  • Building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Delivering high-quality participant experience, communications, and data reporting
  • Supporting marketing, digital strategy, and business growth across our offer
  • Representing the Alliance at key strategic forums and driving recruitment targets
