Arthur Mellows in an Ofsted Outstanding school located in the village of Glinton on the outskirts of Peterborough. The school is very successful and over-subscribed. Behaviour is excellent and students are keen to learn, with 75% of students achieving grade 4 or above in both English and Maths in 2019.

Arthur Mellows is part of The Four Cs Multi Academy Trust (MAT) which was originated in 2016. Two schools, Arthur Mellows Village College and Fulbridge Academy, both outstanding institutions but not natural partners, came together with a common interest in improving the standards for all students in Peterborough. This, combined with the offer of developing and leading two new free Schools in the Primary and Secondary sector, provided a pathway towards meeting that vision. As at September 2019 the MAT consists of 4 schools (1 secondary and 3 primaries).

If you are interested in working for a forward-thinking Trust, with a wealth of opportunity to work across sites and phases, please contact us. Successful new recruits can look forward to extensive support and professional development which can be translated into excellent outcomes for the young people which we serve.

The College prospectus is available on the website for further information. We welcome visits from prospective applicants, come and meet the staff you could be working with, arrangements can be made by contacting Sarah Cooper on 01733 254052 or email scooper@arthurmellows.org
