With access to industry-standard facilities, the new Student Academy Restaurant and strong links with employers and industry professionals, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape an exciting area of the curriculum and make a real difference to the future careers of our learners.

If you are passionate about Culinary Skills and excited by the opportunity to lead, develop and inspire learners, we would love to hear from you. Interviews will take place W/C 9/11/26

  • Provide strong course leadership, working closely with teaching staff to maintain high standards of teaching, learning, assessment and learner support.
  • Monitor learner progress, attendance, retention and achievement, taking action where needed to ensure learners are supported to reach their full potential.
  • Create an exciting and engaging curriculum that develops the technical, practical and professional skills learners need to succeed within the culinary and hospitality industry.
  • Drive forward industry engagement and employer links, creating meaningful opportunities for learners to gain insight, experience and connections within the sector.
  • Help shape and develop the new Student Academy Restaurant at Printworks Campus, ensuring it becomes an integral part of the Culinary Skills curriculum and provides learners with authentic industry experience.
  • Champion high expectations and professional standards, ensuring learners develop the confidence, behaviours and skills expected within the hospitality industry.
  • Contribute to the continued development of the curriculum, responding to industry trends, employer feedback and the changing needs of learners and the sector.
  • Build a positive course culture, where learners feel supported, challenged and motivated to succeed.

About You
