Neale-Wade Academy seeks to appoint a Cover Manager to join our team and toorganise and manage daily teacher cover to ensure all lessons are covered, when there is staff absence, as required.
The cover manager part of this post would usually be completed before 10.00 am and the remaining hours would then be to provide general administration to support school improvement systems.
Due to the nature of the role, the start time is not negotiable but once skilled does not have to take place on site. Flexible working is available for this post.
The post would suit an individual with excellent organisation and communication skills with a flexible approach towards the working day. You will need to be well organised, able to work on your own initiative and have excellent IT skills. Full training and support will be provided.
