Cover and Data Officer job summary

Riverbank Academy currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Cover and Data Officer to join the team.

Job overview

  • Responsible for the day-to-day cover for absent staff, ensuring all lessons are covered.
  • Maintaining student data in our MIS to ensure all information is current and accurate.
  • Supporting with the setup and administration of the inclusion system.
  • Responsible for overseeing the annual review administrative processes.
  • Working collaboratively with the operations manager on the production and upload of the school census.
  • Assisting the Headteacher with timetabling, student curriculum, year 7 admissions and year-end.
  • Providing support to the Exams clerk with tasks appropriate to the role.

Working hours

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:30-3:30

Friday: 7.30 - 3.00pm  

Job requirements

  • Achieved a level of education/and or experience equivalent of 5+ GCSE’S A-C (4-9)
  • Sound knowledge of Administration Systems & procedures
  • High Level of accuracy for entering, checking and analysing data.
  • Sound knowledge of MIS Student details & Assessment Manager
  • Ability to respond quickly and positively to unanticipated problems and situations
  • Excellent organisational skills.
