What skills and experience we're looking for
Our cover manager will liaise with supply agencies to ensure that sufficient that the school has sufficient cover from day-to-day, enter cover requirements into the school system, induct and support our supply teachers and cover supervisors and will allocate cover every morning. Additionally, our cover manager will be an integral part of the school team and help ensure learning and teaching remains at the heart of our commitment to young people, through supervision of classes when regular teachers are not in school.

We would like to recruit a Cover Manager to work with our existing Cover Supervisor team.
Brighton Hill Community School has been rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted and is a rapidly growing coeducational 11-16 Community School with approximately 1250 students. We are looking for a confident, skilled and committed team-player who is willing to develop and learn new skills in this demanding yet hugely rewarding role.
