Location: Lode Heath School
Salary: Band D, point 20-26 (FTE salary range: £30,296-£34,834/ actual salary range £26,612-£30,598)
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week (7:15am to 3:15pm Monday – Thursday/ 7:15am to 2:45pm Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day)
Weeks: Term time plus, 40 weeks per year (38 weeks term time, 1 week of INSET and 1 week in August to support with exam results)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Cover Manager/ Deputy Data and Exams Manager in this new role. As the successful candidate you will provide support to the Headteacher and the Data & Exams Manager in key aspects of our school to enable us to successfully lead on teaching, learning, behaviour and welfare. Ideally, you’ll already have experience in at least one aspect of the role, but fear not: we are able to provide a wealth of support and training.
The role itself provides a lot of variety – you will start the day taking calls from absent colleagues and planning their cover needs, then you will assist with the school’s examination and data requirements whether that be setting up and administering official examinations or checking that data inputted is complete and accurate. No two days will be the same!
