We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, capable and innovative Cover Manager with cover supervisor responsibilities, The ideal candidate will need a proven commitment to inclusive and inspiring teaching and learning, where each and every child is supported and challenged to succeed. The post represents an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant and ambitious Academy working within the Ted Wragg Multi-Academy Trust.

The ideal candidate will have a good standard of education and experience in a secondary school or age 11-16 setting. The role requires an enthusiastic and organised person to manage the cover arrangements within the school as well as supervising classes across Years 7 to 11 as required. It is a varied role and would suit someone who has Qualified Teacher Status or a commitment to/interest in securing this in the future alongside the experience of working with young people in an educational setting. We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking, creative practitioners, able to motivate pupils.
