The school is looking to appoint a highly motivated and organised Cover Manager to arrange long-term and short-term cover needs and lead a team of cover supervisors. The team consists of 3 cover supervisors who deliver cover lessons when teaching staff are absent. The Cover Manager will also be required to act as a Cover Supervisor as required, to oversee whole classes during the short-term absence of the class teacher.
The person appointed will indisputably need to be:

- An energetic and organised individual with excellent time management skills.
- A strong communicator and negotiator
- Experience of working in a teaching/child support environment is desirable but not essential as training will be given. The ability to build relationships with students is vital, alongside upholding the high expectations of the school.
