We are pleased to be recruiting a new member of our Cover Supervisor team. The successful candidate will actively engage pupils in Teaching & Learning and supervise students in the absence of a teacher. As a member of the Cover Team, we also like our supervisors to provide a range of cover for different personnel across the school. These additional cover responsibilities are tailored to meet a candidate’s experience and interests. An interest in after school extracurricular activity would be welcome. Although this is a permanent role, we would consider applicants for a fixed term contact if they wish to use this role as a stepping stone into another role such as teaching or teacher training.
The ability to build and develop good relationships and be a positive role model, raising aspirations, is essential. Good administrative and general IT skills would be a significant advantage.

Our commitment to excellent teaching and learning can be demonstrated through bespoke CPD opportunities and through the management of a growing and successful training school. All staff members are committed to the care and success of pupils and working in a setting where values of forgiveness, concern for others and respect are shared as the core values of St. Paul’s regardless of faith.
