Cover Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed, and hardworking individual who would like to work as a Cover Supervisor.

The role of a Cover Supervisor is a vital part of any secondary school setting, you will be provided with work to maintain continuity of education for students in the absence of their regular teacher, ensuring that the work set is understood and completed whilst keeping students on task, managing behaviour effectively, and promoting a safe and nurturing environment. We provide training, including behaviour management skills, this includes observing good practice of both classroom teachers and other cover supervisors in order to develop the skills required. Experience is not essential, however you should have a commitment to working with young people. If you are ready to inspire our students we would be interested in hearing from you with the possibility of you joining us in the next phase of development in our School.
