Cover Supervisor (with pastoral duties)

37 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm and Fridays 8.30am to 4.00pm

Thepost will be to supervise whole classes during the short-term absence ofteachers, the primary focus being to maintain standards and keep students ontask by responding to questions and assisting in the undertaking of setactivities. You would work within an agreed system of supervision, to implementagreed lesson objectives with individuals, or in groups, in or out of theclassroom. The post holder will undertaken pastoral duties as directed by the Line Manager. You would be part of a teamof two Cover Supervisors.
