St Aidan’s Church of England School is seeking to appoint a dedicated and professional Cover Supervisor to join our highly successful community. Our school is characterised by exemplary student behaviour, a strong moral framework, and a commitment to educational excellence.
We are proud to provide an environment in which every student is encouraged and supported to experience life in all its fullness, and where academic and extracurricular outcomes consistently exceed national expectations.
The St Aidan’s Offer is a thoughtfully designed programme that promotes the spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development of students from Year 7 to Year 13. The appointed Cover Supervisor will play a key role in supporting the delivery of this programme with extra-curricular activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising classes across a range of subjects and year groups, ensuring that learning continues effectively in the absence of teaching staff. Applicants should demonstrate flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. While a formal teaching qualification is not required, prior experience within an educational setting and a commitment to supporting the mission and values of St Aidan’s would be highly advantageous.
