What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an individual who has a good standard of education including numeracy and literacy at GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent, demonstrable experience of working with young people in an educational setting and a good working knowledge of classroom management strategies.

The team at Malet Lambert Schoolare looking for an individual to work as a Cover Supervisor who will play a vital role in supporting our students by ensuring they are provided with high quality teaching and learning or targeted support when a member of staff is absent or unavailable.

The working hours are from8:25am to 3:40pm Monday and 8:25 to 3:30pm Thursday to Fridayduring the school term.You will also be paid for an additional32 hours 40 minutes per year, to attend team meetings and training and development outside your normal working hours. Your actual salary will be between£20,353.78 - £23,929.94per annum depending on experience, and this will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month.
