What skills and experience we're looking for

The main role of a CoverSupervisor is to manage theclassroom in the Teacher’sabsence. The Class Teacher willprovide all the materials and toolsneeded for the lesson ready forthe Cover Supervisor to deliver.Although not actively teaching, itis important for a Cover Supervisorto have the skills and confidenceneeded to keep the classmotivated and focused so theycan work on the activities set andprepared for them. The rolerequires you to support students asthey work through the lesson andto understand how to help themto complete tasks, where needed.Responsible to the Cover Manager
